Skinny Guacamole

skinny guacamolePictured here on my Perfect 7 Layer Dip, this lighter take on traditional guacamole will be ready in less than 5 minutes, and will guarantee that you’ll never, ever, ever buy store-bought guacamole again. The only downside? Your friends will always want you to make it.

Skinny Guacamole

  1. 2 large avocados, quite ripe
  2. 1/3 cup hot salsa
  3. 2 Tbsp wing sauce (I like Frank's)
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. Crushed black pepper, to taste
  6. Very big squeeze lime juice
  1. Using a fork or a masher, thoroughly mash avocados.
  2. Add salsa, wing sauce, salt, pepper, and lime juice, and mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container for up to three days.
  1. I like my guacamole a bit on the chunky side, but just mash to your preferences.
