Ingredients
  1. 1 can black beans, drained
  2. 1 1/4 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 cup extra sharp cheddar, grated
  7. 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
  8. 3/4 cup hot salsa
  9. 2 tomatoes, chopped
  10. 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  11. 1/3 white onion, finely diced
  12. 1 jalapeño, chopped
  13. 3/4 cup skinny guacamole (link to recipe above)
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together black beans, sour cream, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Spread evenly on serving dish as first layer.
  2. Spread both cheeses evenly over bean mixture.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix together salsa, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and onion.
  4. Spread salsa mixture evenly over cheese.
  5. Finally, spread skinny guacamole evenly on top of salsa.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or ridged potato chips.
