Ingredients
  1. 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  2. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp butter, melted
  5. 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (I like Frank's)
  6. Squeeze of lemon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F/205C.
  2. Toss cauliflower in olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower evenly on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet, and roast for 25 minutes.
  4. While the cauliflower is roasting, mix together melted butter and wing sauce.
  5. After the 25 minutes, remove cauliflower from the oven.
  6. Using a pastry brush, coat the cauliflower with the wing sauce mixture.
  7. Broil for 5-7 minutes; the cauliflower should be crispy but not yet blackened.
  8. Squeeze with lemon and serve piping hot.
