Molly’s No-Fail, Super Easy Salmon Marinade

This salmon marinade is so easy, it doesn’t even really deserve to be called a recipe. You’ll have it finished in a flash, and since its made with ingredients you very likely already have in the fridge, no trip to the store is required.

An added bonus? It is non-sugary, non-sticky, and non-messy–making clean up a breeze.

You’re gonna need:

1-2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

1 big squeeze of spicy deli mustard

1 tsp sliced ginger (optional)

So, you’re starting off with a piece of salmon, as per usual…

Pour on your soy sauce…

…and add your mustard.

Grab a butter knife and smooth your mustard all over your fish– top with fresh ginger, if you’re into that.

And… you’re done! The longer it sits, the better it gets (within reason, of course– don’t have your lawyers calling me because you let it sit for 5 months), but you can cook it within 20 minutes and have great flavour.
