Dark Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Spice Cookies

These incredible chocolatey, pumpkiny, super tasty cookies need no introduction. Full of spices complimented by high quality dark chocolate, these cookies will disappear before you can believe it.

I made mine with a roasted pumpkin grown at my in-laws farm, but for a time-saving approach, try using canned pumpkin (but be sure to get canned pumpkin, not a can of pumpkin pie filling). So what are you waiting for? Get into the kitchen!

You’re gonna need: 

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp molasses

2 tsp vanilla extract

7 Tbsp pureed pumpkin

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp all spice

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

 

Preheat your oven to 350F/175C. Cream together your butter and sugar.

Add your molasses, your vanilla, and your pumpkin.

Mix in your spices…

…and your salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour.

Now, throw in your chocolate chips.

And spoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes (the cookies will look a bit undercooked when they come out of the oven).
