See that chocolatey, peanut buttery brownie goodness up there?
58 calories!! 1 gram of fat!! And 6 grams of protein– which is a fair little bit for a brownie!
These are gonna rock your world. Fudgy, practically fat free dessert goodness.
You’re gonna need:
175 grams 0% fat plain greek yogourt
1/4 c almond milk (I use vanilla, unsweetened)
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c egg whites
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup splenda
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 c peanut butter, softened
First off, preheat your oven to 350.
Grab a big bowl, and mix together your yogourt, almond milk, and vanilla.
Now, add your applesauce and egg whites…
Add your cocoa powder, splenda, salt, and baking powder, and mix thoroughly.
Scoop in your oat flour and protein powder…
…and stir thoroughly.
Now, spoon your batter into a greased 8×8 pan. Don’t forget to lick the spoon!
Now, if you just want plain chocolate brownies, your work is done!
But if you want something a bit more decadent, scoop your peanut butter sporadically over your batter.
Use a butter knife to gently swirl the peanut butter throughout the dough.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Refrigerate, cut, and enjoy!
Guilt-free dessert… what could be better?!
