Skinny Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bites


In short,these totally rock. Unbelievably rich chocolate-peanut butter goodness– for 63 calories each. I repeat– 63 CALORIES. You won’t BELIEVE how naughty they taste.

You’re gonna need:

2/3 c reduced fat peanut butter (either chunky or creamy is fine)

175 grams 0% fat plain greek yogourt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 c splenda

3/4 c raw, steel cut oats

Makes 20 balls

Throw your peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave it for about 35 seconds. Add your yogourt.


Pour in your vanilla, and thoroughly combine.


The yogourt not only adds creaminess, but magnifies the peanut butter taste (for a fraction of the calories!)

Now, add your cocoa powder and splenda.


Stir thoroughly.


Add your oats, and stir to incorporate.


Time to get your hands dirty! Form bite sized (more like two bites, really) balls. Place on a plate, and refrigerate for about two hours before eating. Store ’em in the fridge, or make them ahead of time and freeze them for later!
