“Buuuut Molly, I’m so busy and just don’t have the time!”
I don’t believe you.
I don’t! It’s really, really easy to convince yourself you don’t have time to workout. It’s easy because working out is hard, and it is a lot more fun to sleep in.
Did you watch that new episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami yesterday? Did you facebook post and/or creep? Post photos of your imaginary wedding on Pinterest?
You have time to work out.
Even if it’s 20 minutes. Come on, seriously—you’ve got 20 minutes. Click here for my killer shortie workout tips. It’s a gamechanger!
You know those girls that talk about how fun working out is, and how much they love it? Yeah, I hate them too. Do I love how I feel after I workout? Of course. Do I love the health benefits and the effects on my body? Of course! But do I have more fun sitting on the couch watching Ellen than I do doing wind sprints? OF COURSE.
The bottom line is this; If you care about something, you’re always going to find a way to accomplish it. If you don’t, you’re always going to find an excuse. You know what people like Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, and every Victoria’s Secret model have?
Really hot bodies.
You know what they don’t have?
Excuses. Stop with the excuses, and start with the results.
